Due to the perishable nature of flowers, our return policy is designed to address concerns while recognizing the unique characteristics of our products, in compliance with Danish consumer protection laws and the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

Fresh Flower Products

Fresh flowers and bouquets are perishable items with a limited lifespan. We guarantee the quality and freshness of our products at the time of delivery. If you receive flowers that are damaged, wilted, or not as described, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:

• Contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup
• Provide photographic evidence of the issue
• The product must not have been damaged due to improper care or handling
• Custom or personalized arrangements may have different return policies

Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed according to the following guidelines, in compliance with Danish consumer protection laws:

• Full refund for products that are damaged, incorrect, or not as described upon delivery in Denmark
• Partial refund may be offered for quality issues that develop after delivery, assessed on a case-by-case basis
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days, as required by Danish law
• Custom orders and wedding arrangements may be subject to different refund terms, as specified in individual contracts
• For consumers in Denmark, the 14-day right of withdrawal under EU law does not apply to perishable goods like fresh flowers, but we offer quality guarantees as outlined above

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

• Flowers that have been properly cared for but have naturally reached the end of their lifespan
• Products damaged due to customer mishandling or improper care
• Custom arrangements that have been accepted and used
• Items returned after the specified return window

Exchanges

We may offer exchanges for products of equal or greater value, subject to availability. Exchanges must be requested within the return window and are subject to product availability.
